Q: Why should I work with GForce?

GForce Life Sciences focuses exclusively on the biotech, pharma, medical device and diagnostics industries. That means that all our opportunities and all our candidates are focused on those industries, too.

We have created a unique model that brings together the best pieces of resource delivery, while trimming away the negatives. Our SET model highlights the SPEED that you might expect from a traditional staffing firm, the EXPERTISE that you require from a consulting firm and a deep, TARGETED dive into searching for candidates that you rely on from an executive search firm. It’s a model that works extremely well.

Q: Do you work only with contract roles, or do you offer permanent placement, too?

GForce Life Sciences has multiple teams that focus on contract, contract-to-hire and permanent placements. The contract division almost exclusively identifies contract or contract- to-hire roles for individual contributors and non-executive leadership roles. Often, contract opportunities are a great way for those seeking to work as full-time employees to get their foot in the door of an organization.

The Executive Search team focuses on Manager, Director, VP and CXO-level permanent positions. This team works with clients on a retained, co-tained or, occasionally, a contingent basis.

Q: Do you hire from outside the life sciences area?

No. GForce Life Sciences’ clients have come to expect industry knowledge and expertise from our candidates as well as our market intelligence that we provide to them. We do not want to dilute this recipe and so we focus on only the pharma, biotech, medical devices and diagnostics industries.

Q: Do you offer paid time off (PTO) with contract opportunities?

GForce does not offer PTO or holiday pay for time and materials contractors. Please speak with your GForce contact to confirm the specific details of any client and its contractor policies; GForce will pass along any benefits for which you are eligible.

Q: Will GForce Life Sciences find my next project?

GForce is motivated to identify future opportunities for redeployable time and materials contractors but is not obligated to do so.

Q: Does GForce offer healthcare benefits?

Yes, we do offer such benefits for W2 contractors. Independent corporations are not eligible by law. Please speak with your GForce contact to learn more about our current benefits.
